Following the retirement of Stephen Cunningham and his assistant Steve Barton, we are delighted to welcome to the Club our new 'head coach' Nick Carter and new 'head of football' Andrew Hargreaves. They have overseen many changes to the side with a number of players leaving and many more joining, and they begin the latest First Team campaign with a tricky fixture at Enfield FC who will have high hopes of a successful season after finishing 4th in the Premier Division and runners up in the Presidents Cup last term.
Meanwhile, our Reserves manager Mark Harrison will take his own much changed side into the season with a tough test at home against Prairie United who will be expected to challenge for the Division One title following the departure of Whinney Hill and also Great Harwoods promotion to the Premier Division.
Matches at the @greenthumb_lawncare Ground will kick off at 2pm throughout the season, the bar will be open and all supporters will be extremely welcome and appreciated.
